Today's world is moving so fast that we rarely put away time for ourselves! The goal with these airsquats is to build a stronger core, back and legs to help push you through your busy life. In order to qualify for a Tshirt you must post everyday your numbers and #CrossFitK2K. You must complete 5,000 air squats between Jan 20th to Feb 20th to qualify!
