3 Rounds For Time

Athletes will start this WOD near the Wall Ball Wall. Each round a athlete will be conducting Super Set Lifts or will be weighted. Upon completion of each lift an athlete will take one step forward until he/she/Shim crosses the end of the rig or 10M.  They will Then do 10Cals on the Bike and conduct the same lifts going back or 10M.

Round 1
  • 10 Russian KBS, Step Forward, 10 Goblet Squat Repeat for 10M M 35# F 25# 
  • 10 Cal Assault Bike
  • 10 Russian KBS, Step Forward, 10 Goblet Squat Repeat for 10M M 35# F 25#
Round 2
  • 1 Dball Slam, 1 Dball Push-Up (Both Arms), 1 Dball Jump, Step Forward, Repeat for 10M M 25# F 10#
  • 10 Cal Asssault Bike
  • 1 Dball Slam, 1 Dball Push-Up (Both Arms), 1 Dball Jump, Step Forward, Repeat for 10M M 25# F 10#
Round 3
  • (Right Shoulder Carry Dball through exercise) 10 Reverse Lunges, Step, Repeat for 10M M 25# F 10#
  • 10Cal Assualt Bike
  • (Left Shoulder Carry Dball through exercise) 10 Reverse Lunges, Step, Repeat for 10M M 25# F 10#
